Our Company


Cardinal Asset Recovery Group specializes in the appraising, marketing, liquidating, and auctioning of industrial machinery & equipment – primarily for complete plant closings. Through our customized program for plant decommissioning, we maximize financial recovery for clients’ surplus machinery assets and more – all while managing the ancillary needs for the entire project.

Our name is new, but our experience in the industrial asset management industry combined spans 10+ years with a variety of clients. We know how to produce results – fast!

Bob Findeiss

Managing Partner

Findeiss has 20+ years of executive experience with diverse accomplishments in business development, contract and product negotiation, project management, and operations.

In his 7+ years in the business of industrial asset management, he has managed a large number of projects for a wide variety of clients. This experience has given him the ability to understand when to do what for his clients’ asset recovery projects.

Findeiss is a member of the Knights of Columbus and has served as a KC board member – as well as being a part of the Independence Bowl, and numerous other charities.

He has been a resident of the greater St. Louis area for 50+ years.


Jesse Lange

Managing Partner

Lange has 15+ years of sales management and marketing experience.  Before entering the business of industrial asset management in 2011, he worked in management for one of the largest telecom companies in the world.  He held that position for 10+ years and earned numerous accolades for his work.

In his first four years in industrial sales, Lange utilized his sales and marketing skills, and helped grow the company while minimizing and reducing costs.  He strengthened his resume by holding positions in operations, project management and even taking to the auction block.  Since solidifying himself in the asset management sector, he has been fortunate to manage several key existing contracts all the while generating new ones.

Lange attended the University of Kansas where he studied advertising and is a graduate of the Missouri Auction School.  He and his family reside in the greater St. Louis area.
